Telescope Collimation
Collimation is the process of aligning the optics within a telescope such that it provides the best possible view. With the aid of out artificial star, we can teach you to collimate your telescope, properly aligning the optics to ensure best performance.SkyWatcher Handset Firmware Update
SkyWatcher release updated firmware for the handsets which control their EQ-series telescope mounts. Modern laptops may not have the necessary interfaces to connect to the handset so the firmware can be updated. We can help you update the firmware to the most current version.
